Frozen Raspberry Sherbert

For a simple and mouth watering dessert, try this clever two-ingredient recipe for Frozen Raspberry Sherbert. When serving, top with fresh blackberries, blueberries or any other kind of berry to make it extra special.

Ingredients

  • 3 x 125g punnets of fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Extra fresh raspberries or any other berries to serve

Method

  1. Lay the fresh raspberries out on a tray and place into the freezer. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and place in a food processor.
  2. Add the condensed milk into the food processor with the raspberries and process until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a freezable container and let it firm up for about 4 hours so that it is scoops well. Once scooped out, serve immediately and top with extra berries.
    Note: this sherbert can keep in the freezer for up to 6 weeks.
