- 30ml gin
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml Westerway Farm Raspberry Syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 raspberries to garnish
- Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with 3 speared raspberries.
