Huon Miso & Molasses Glazed Salmon

This recipe from our friends at Huon Salmon is big on flavour and small on effort. Using the Huon Miso & Molasses marinade, you'll have a gourmet main that is sure to impress!

Serves 6 people


  • 1kg side of fresh Huon Salmon
  • 1 packet of Huon Miso & Molasses Glaze
  • Or 75g Miso and 75g Molasses (mixed together in a bowl)


  1. Place Huon Salmon on a tray and paint the fillet with the Miso and Molasses glaze. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer. (Overnight works a treat!)
  2. Heat oven to 200C.
  3. Place the fillet on a baking tray lined with baking paper, skin side down.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and the edges start to caramelise.
  5. Serve Huon Salmon with your choice of sides.
