Tangelo Sidecar Cocktail

Banish the winter blues with this bright citrus cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed tangelo juice
  • 1/4 cup Cognac
  • 2 tbsp Triple Sec
  • 1 tangelo wedge
  • Sugar

Method

  1. Rub the tangelo wedge along the rim of a cocktail glass and rim with sugar.
  2. Combine cognac, triple sec and tangelo juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour into the sugar-rimmed cocktail glass.
