Butter Garlic Snow Peas

If you're looking for a simple side with plenty of flavour, these Garlic, Butter Snow Peas are the way to go.

  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 1.5 tsp butter
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbls water


  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for approx. 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  2. Stir in snow peas
  3. Add water and cook, stirring for 2 minutes, until snow peas are tender, but still have a little bit of crunch. Serve immediately.
