Champagne Cocktail

Celebrate a special occasion with this classic cocktail.

  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 30ml brandy
  • Sparkling wine


  1. Place the sugar cube in the bottom of the champagne flute
  2. Pour the 2-3 dashes of the bitters over the sugar cube to saturate it
  3. Pour in the brandy
  4. Gently top up with your favourite sparkling wine
