Champagne Cocktail
Celebrate a special occasion with this classic cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 30ml brandy
- Sparkling wine
Method
- Place the sugar cube in the bottom of the champagne flute
- Pour the 2-3 dashes of the bitters over the sugar cube to saturate it
- Pour in the brandy
- Gently top up with your favourite sparkling wine
