- 1 whole roasted chicken, shredded
- 2/3 cups plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green seedless grapes, quartered
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 walnuts, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix together the yoghurt and parsley
- Stir through the chiken, grapes, celery, walnuts and red onion.
- Combine well and serve as a side, in wraps or a sandwich filling.
