Chicken & Grape Summer Salad

A sweet and savoury summer salad, perfect for picnics or an easy lunch.

  • 1 whole roasted chicken, shredded
  • 2/3 cups plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 green seedless grapes, quartered
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 walnuts, chopped


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the yoghurt and parsley
  2. Stir through the chiken, grapes, celery, walnuts and red onion.
  3. Combine well and serve as a side, in wraps or a sandwich filling.
