Chris’ Poppyseed Bagel with Avocado & Beetroot

Here is a delicious meat-free breakfast from Chris’ Foods!

  • 1 x poppyseed bagel
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 1/2 a lemon, cut into wedges
  • sesame seeds to sprinkle
  • 1 x 200g tub of Chris’ Homestyle Beetroot Dip


  1. Cut your bagel in half and toast lightly.
  2. While your bagel is toasting, slice avocado into thin pieces and cut your lemon into wedges.
  3. Once toasted, spread a generous layer of Chris’ Homestyle Beetroot Dip over the base.
  4. Top with slices of avocado and sprinkle with sesame seeds to your liking.
  5. Finish your bagel with some fresh lemon juice and pop the lid on top.
  6. Enjoy!
