Easy Kombucha Cocktail

This sparkling cocktail recipe has the added benefit of probiotics, using Kombucha instead of soda.

  • Crushed ice
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 60 ml vodka
  • 1/2 cup ginger flacoured
  • Ginger flavoured kombucha
  • For garnish: lime wedge, mint sprig, and slice of apple


  1. Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add vodka and lime juice. Top with kombucha and stir with a long cocktail spoon.
  3. Garnish with lime wedge, mint, and a slice of fresh apple.
