Easy Lunchbox Scrolls

This easy 2-ingredient dough recipe will have sorted for lunchbox fillers all year round! You can add any combination of ingredients and even try something different every week.

  • 1 cup self raising flour (white or wholemeal)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • Fillings of choice (see method for ideas)


  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. Mix flour and yoghurt and make a ball of dough.
  3. Knead for a few minutes, adding more flour if the dough mixture is too wet.
  4. Sprinkle extra flour on bench and roll dough into rectangle
  5. Add your desired filling by placing evenly on top of the rectangle
  6. Roll up and cut into 2cm scrolls and place on lined tray
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until golden
