A simple garlic butter prawn dish using cooked Tassal Australian Tiger Prawns, finished with lemon and parsley. Shared by our friends at Tassal, it’s an easy way to bring something fresh and full of flavour to the table.

Ingredients
500g Cooked Tassal Australian Tiger
Prawns, peeled
½ cup (113g) salted butter
8 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp chilli flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup fresh parsley leaves,
finely chopped
juice of 1 small lemon
Method
Melt the butter in a small frying pan over medium–low heat.
Add the garlic and chilli flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir through the parsley and lemon juice.
Heat a large frying pan over medium–high heat.
Add the cooked prawns and warm through for 1–2 minutes. Do not overcook.
Pour over the garlic lemon butter and toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately with rice, spooning over any remaining butter.
