Gin Mandarin Cocktail

The zesty tang of mandarins pairs beautifully with the distinctive flavours of gin!

  • 60 ml Tasmanian gin
  • 30 ml mandarin juice, freshly squeezed
  • 120ml soda water
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • ice
  • 1 mandarin segment


  1. Combine the mandarin juice, gin, icing sugar and ice into a shaker and shake.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass
  3. Top with the soda water.
  4. With a sharp knife cut a slit into the mandarin wedge and place along the edge of the glass to garnish.
