Ginger & Wine Summer Spritz

A quick and easy cocktail using Tasmanian wine and ginger beer.

  • 150ml dry white wine
  • 80ml ginger beer
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • candied ginger, to garnish


  1. In a tall cocktail glass, combine wine, ginger beer and lime.
  2. Stir until combined
  3. Top with ice
  4. Cut the other half of the lime into wedges, placing a wedge into the glass.
  5. Garnish with candied ginger
