- 3 large eating apples
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 110 degrees C.
- Wash and core the apples (this step can be skipped if you are happy to remove the seeds later).
- Slice the apples horizontally into very thin rounds and place flat on baking trays. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the slices
- Bake in the top and/or bottom racks of the oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven, flip apple slices over and put back in the oven for another 1 – 1.5 hours.
