Kalamata Olive Tapenade

This quick recipe is lovely as a dip, a spread on toast, a dollop of flavour on savoury bites or even a pizza base!

  • 200g pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp drained capers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor
  2. Blitz until well combined and texture is somewhat grainy.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl.
