Maisie’s Mint Sauce

This very special mint sauce was made every Sunday by Kerri's (our chef at Salamanca Fresh's Kitchen) nana, Maisie. A family tradition and a must with any lamb!

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup malt vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
