Mandarin Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Greekstyle yoghurt
  • 4 mandarins, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Note: This recipe makes 1 large smoothie or 2 smaller size smoothies.
