Nachos au Gratin with Green Chili Salsa

From our friends at Jarlsberg comes this mouthwatering dish that suit a fun family lunch or as a snack when entertaining friends.

  • 250g (1/2 a bag) JC’s Corn Chips
  • 200g Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1/4 broccoli head
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes
  • Pepper
  • Fresh coriander


  1. Preheat oven to 220 °C
  2. Spread the corn chips over the bottom of an ovenproof dish, or use a grill pan. Top with grated or sliced Jarlsberg cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes , until the cheese is melted and golden.
  4. Finely grate the broccoli. Finely chop the chilies and garlic. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and add the olive oil, pepper and the juice of 2 limes.
  5. Serve the salsa with the freshly baked Jarlsberg cheese nachos, garnished with fresh coriander.
