Prosciutto and Fruit Mince Baked Brie

  • 50g Tasmanian Fruit Mince
  • 1 x 200g whole Wicked Brie Cheese, chilled
  • 3 thin slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthways
  • crusty bread or crackers for serving


  1. Spread the fruit mince evenly over the brie, then wrap the whole brie in the prosciutto slices.
  2. Place brie on a baking paper lined tray and bake at 200°C for 5-8 minutes, until warmed through. Carefully transfer brie to a serving platter and serve immediately with crusty bread.
