Raspberry Gin Fizz

A light and tasty spring cocktail to brighten up the day.

  • 45 ml Westerway Farm Raspberry Syrup
  • 120 ml Tasmanian gin
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • ice cubes
  • Soda water
  • fresh raspberries to garnish


  1. Pour the raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker, adding the gin and lemon juice. Shake to combine.
  2. Fill two tumblers with ice and divide the contents evenly between them. Top with soda water and a few raspberries and serve.
