Raspberry Lemonade Mimosas

The perfect Mother's Day cocktail, these raspberry mimosas are fun and to make and to drink.

  • 1 Punnet fresh Raspberries
  • Lemonade
  • White sparkling wine or champagne


  1. Place most of the raspberries in a blender, leaving a few out to garnish
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water
  3. Blend until completely smooth and no lumps of raspberry remain
  4. Fill 1/4 of a champagne flute with the raspberry mixture
  5. Fill most of the way to the top of the glass with the sparkling wine
  6. Top with lemonade.
