Ingredients
1.5 cups strawberries, tops removed
Juice of 1 fresh lime
1 bottle Tasmanian Sparkling Wine
Method
Puree strawberries in the blender or food processor
Add the lime to the pureed strawberries and blend to combine
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or place in the freezer for 15 minutes). This step can be skipped if the lime juice and strawberries were refrigerated prior.
Fill 1/4 of the champagne flutes with the strawberry mixture and top with you favourite chilled Tasmanian Sparkling.
