Spiced Pineapple Glaze

Make your Christmas ham zing with this sweetly spiced glaze.

  • 1 cup pineapple juice (240ml)
  • ½ cup brown sugar (90g)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves


  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil whilst stirring.
  2. Remove from the heat and baste the ham as it cooks.
