Strawberry Cheesecake Bliss Balls

A guilt free dessert or a snack made with love, these bliss balls are so delicious that they will be enjoyed by everyone. You could them with fresh strawberries or wrap them as a gift!

  • 250g cream cheese, cubed
  • 250g of strawberries, tops removed and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cups coconut desiccated + 1/2 cup extra for rolling
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


  1. Combine the cream cheese, strawberries, lemon zest and coconut in a food processor.
  2. Blitz until the strawberries are chopped and mixed through the cream cheese. It should be thick like playdough, not runny, so be careful not to over process
  3. Roll teaspoonfuls into balls.
  4. Place the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut into a shallow dish or large plate.
  5. Roll the balls in the coconut.
  6. Refrigerate until firm. These can also be frozen.
