Robur Farm is Tasmania’s largest commercial dairy goat herd, with access to daily clover feed to produce mild flavoured milk. Robur Farm’s milk is managed from paddock to plate for fresh, great tasting products. The farm’s Goat Herd Manager, Leon Lolkema, is a trained veterinarian from Holland and has joined the team to share his knowledge and skill, applying a scientific approach to best practice breeding programs and nutrition management.

Thanks to this dedicated team of farmers and managers, Robur Dairy produces award winning goat’s milk that has been tested by the CSIRO who found an absence of volatile compounds that cause taints in flavour of many milks. The range of cheese products include a variety of spreadable chevre (plain, jalapeno, herb & garlic and wasabi) and marinated fetta.
